People who may be experiencing social isolation, or find it difficult to stay connected in their community, can be matched with a suitable volunteer visitor for regular home visits.
Assisted Shopping
People who find it difficult to access local shops can be matched with an appropriate volunteer for one-to-one shopping support or group shopping opportunities.
Transport
Transport assistance may be available for appointments such as medical, banking and social activities through supported volunteer transport connections.
