Information and Referrals

North West Community Services understands life can sometimes be difficult. We provide outreach support, trusted referral pathways and practical assistance for children, young people, adults and families.

Support can include financial counselling, family counselling, drug and alcohol support, youth counselling, domestic violence support, emergency relief, health and wellbeing programs, and education or employment pathways.

Emergency Relief

Emergency Relief support and referrals are available for people in our local community, including food parcels and EAPA electricity vouchers.

Case Management

When situations are complex, our team coordinates support with trusted partner services to provide a holistic and meaningful response.

Advocacy

We also provide advocacy support where someone needs help to speak up for their rights, wellbeing and access to services.
